We deliberately do not publish any booking calendars online. Please simply ask us for your preferred date. If the holiday accommodation is actually occupied, we will be happy to suggest alternative accommodation. Together we may find a solution for your desired holiday on the desired date.

Our houses are almost equally and richly equipped.

Should something be missing, just talk to us so that we can make your holiday as pleasant as possible.

The beach houses/apartments are mostly located on the Costa Calma (quiet coast) in the south of Fuerteventura.

Costa Calma is one of the most touristic places on the island, with shopping facilities, restaurants and varied leisure facilities.

The beach houses La Torre (the tower) come with, for example, one of the best places on this coastal strip (only private facilities), directly in the first line on the long sandy beach with private beach access over a few steps.

The light sandy beach starting here reaches almost to the end of the island. A tour along the beach can take up to 4 hours.

Another property is located in Morro Jable even further south. Another two holiday accommodations are located on the west coast and in the interior of the island.

You can pay into a Spanish bank account, or pay in cash on site.

Of course, children are welcome and safe with us on the sandy beach. Babies up to 2 years are free. We offer cot, baby high chair and more for you.

Smoking is not allowed in the houses. Smoking is permitted on the terraces.

Small dogs or similar are possible on request. We charge 10.-/day for your pet.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• from conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the trip 25% of the total price
• from 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before the start of the trip until no-show: 100% of the total price.

The withdrawal must be made in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the possibility to prove that a lesser damage or no damage at all has occurred.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

There is no tenant's legal protection (the tenant is liable for any damage caused).

Guests have also spent the winter with us for many years. For rentals of 4 weeks or more, you receive a 10% discount on the daily rate.

Free wifi is available in all accommodation.
