The beach house is located on the Costa Calma (quiet coast), the narrowest point on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the tourist places of Fuerteventura, there are many shopping possibilities, restaurants and leisure possibilities. Since "La Torre" (the tower) was already built 20 years ago, it has one of the best places on this coastal strip (only private facilities). The bright sandy beach that starts here reaches almost to the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Minimum rental period: 1 week

Tenant rights protection does not exist. The tenant is liable for any damage incurred.

Children up to 2 years are free of charge. We provide highchair, cot, etc..
Long-term rental on request.

In case of a contract cancellation the following cancellation fees apply:

• from conclusion of contract up to 60 days before departure: 25 % of total price
• from 59 to 30 days before departure: 40 % of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80 % of the total price
• from 7 days before departure until non-appearance: 100 % of the total price.

Cancellation must be made in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the possibility to prove that a lower or no damage has arisen.

• Late Check out inclusive/ if no subsequent guest is booked, after arrangement.

Booking procedure:

You can contact the landlord via the contact form or by telephone.
If you make a firm booking, you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail. After booking a deposit of 25 % has to be paid by bank transfer. The rest has to be paid on arrival in cash or by bank transfer.

The transfer from the airport to Costa Calma has to be organized by yourself. At the airport it is possible to rent a car. Transfer by taxi is also possible.
