The holiday flat Casa Campana is located on the Costa Calma (quiet coast), the narrowest place on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the tourist places of Fuerteventura, there are many shopping facilities, restaurants and leisure activities. Casa Campana, has one of the best places on this stretch of coast (private facilities only). The light-coloured sandy beach that starts here stretches almost to the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Minimum rental period: 1 week

There is no protection of tenant rights. The tenant is liable for any damage caused.

Children under 2 years are free of charge. We provide a high chair, cot, etc.

Long-term rental on request.

The following cancellation fees apply in the event of cancellation of the contract:

• from the conclusion of the contract up to 60 days before the start of the trip: 25% of the total price
• from 59 to 30 days before departure: 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before the start of the trip until no-show: 100% of the total price.

Cancellation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage has been caused.

In case of firm booking you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail. After the booking a deposit of 25 % is to be paid by bank transfer. The rest is to be paid on arrival in cash or by advance bank transfer.
